We did tons of tours back then because once any new client tried our virtual tours they saw their potential and wanted to create a virtual tour for all their property stock.
Even after all that 2020 restrictions are removed our regular clients keep using our service to create property tours. They save their sales & marketing team time, bring them real buyers and help showcasing their property online to more potential buyers no matter of their location.

Outdoor Views *
3D scanning does not work in Sunlight but it is possible to capture just 360 photos of outdoor features and make them a part of a 3D tour.
Password Protection
Matterport 3D tours can be made publicly available to everyone or only to those of your clients who know the password you setup for a specific 3D tour.
Matterport Print Quality Photos
We do not supply them by default as it requires slightly different scanning. If you need them please let us know before we start scanning your property for a 3D Tour.
Measure anything
Potential buyers can measure anything shown in 3D Tour. It can help them to see if they furniture or appliance will fit into their new home. It is quite a precise tool with an error no more than ± 4%
3D TOUR SCANNING FEES
Our fees for creating a standalone Matterport 3D tour for a property with all default features included depends on a property internal floor area size.
We charge a maximum of $2 per square meter with GST included
The minimum scanning fee we charge is $260 including GST is for properties with 130sqm or less floor area size.
Travel fees included for a property located in 25km radius from Brisbane CBD
A garage floor area size is counted but we do not count floor size for any external areas such as porch, balcony, pergola or deck.
If a property located outside of the 25km radius we charge a maximum of $2 per each extra kilometre.
If you want to add some specific extra features please refer to each extra feature cost specified below.
* 360 degrees views for outdoor areas are the most effecient way to capture outdoor. However if you have a huge outdoor area and you want your customers to walk through it in a Matterport tour like they do for indoor areas please ask us about using our Leica BLK360 scanner. It works with Matterport, provides more dense 3D data and it is not affected by sunlight.
EXTRA FEATURES & FEES
Highlight Reel
This feature allows to create a reel with scenes with main rooms in your property. It can start playing automatically and stops when viewers decide to take control of your 3D tour and walk through manually.
Adding a Highlight reel to your tour cost $25
Video Teaser
This feature can be only ordered together with the Highlight Reel feature. When you order a video teaser for your property we will record an automatic walk through though your tour using highlight reel scenes and provide it to you as a video.
Video teaser feature costs extra $75
Floor Plan of a Property
When your 3D tour is ready we can generate a coloured floor plan for your property and provide it as an image and as a PDF file.
This service is provided by our partners and costs $75
Virtual Furniture Staging
We offer a 3D tour virtual furniture staging through our partners. This is not cheap service and it can be done only by one company in the whole word.
Please note it is quite expensive service but it is cheaper than stage a property with real furniture.
Lead Generation
For $149 per tour we can add the 3rd party add-on allows to collect personal details of potential buyers who want to access your 3D tour
Matter Pack - 3D CAD Files
Since Matterport tours are built on 3D data collected during scanning we can order 3D CAD files from matterport in order for you to build a 3D model of a property. A simple 2D floor plan can will also be supplied with CAD files.
Matterpack costs $99.

These extra features valued at $255 can be added to your matterport package for as little as $199. This fee does not depend on a property floor area size and just an additional cost that is added to your 3D Tour scanning fee.
So for example the package for a property of 130 square meters or less will cost $260 as a fee for our 3D Tour scanning service and $199 extra for providing all additional extra features, hosting time and media included in Matterport Package. If you have a 250sqm property and we quote you $500 as a 3D tour scanning fee for your property you will still pay $199 extra for making it a package.

PROPERTY PHOTOS
If you do not like Matterport generated photos for any reason or your clients is happy to pay extra for your property photos taken manually with our DSLR camera we are more than happy to provide this service.
We can do interior and exterior photos in two resolutions
Photographs with a maximum resolution of 22 megapixels cost $249 for 15 photos.
$15 for any extra photo required
22 megapixels resolution is more than enough to generate photos suitable for hi resolution marketing material printing as well as making great photographs for presenting your property online.
Photographs with resolution up to 48 megapixels for $390 for 15 photos.
$25 for any extra photo required.
48 megapixels photos can be used on huge screens and billboards and it will be really hard to find any other real estate photographer who is able to provide property photographs in this resolution.
We will deliver both hi resolution photographs and web resolution photographs suitable for your property listing on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au
